How to Be a Better Athlete
I would say especially younger in my life, I was a little bit of a procrastinator so that required some figuring out and getting over. The part that came easiest was to understand the system and sort of how to work in the system. If I knew back then what I know now, I would have been a way better athlete. My hobbies is running Spartan races and sort of extreme obstacle course races. So I absolutely experiment on myself all the time and in specific for athletic performance.
