IgG staining is only seen in minimal change disease and in some cases of primary FSGS. Astra, can I just confirm that this dusting of IgG, it's absolutely not seen in normal glomerular biopsies, correct? That is absolutely correct. Yes. So it's only seen in minimally change disease and it's been sort of looked over because no one could explain it this whole time. It was never really seen in any other condition except sometimes also in early FSGS.
