"I like anything that gives me an easily enforceable rule of myself, right? I think is a good way to just to jig it," he says. "If you make this wholesale, cross the board change in your life, one, it's not probably sustainable... and two, you don't know what actually worked." He recommends starting out with a food journal for people who are trying to lose weight.
