How to Use Bands to Improve Bodyweight Strength

You can't do a handstand until it's perfect. Then you're robbing a big part of the population of the joy. As long as you bend your spine so that your center of gravity is above your shoulders and if you have no angle in your arms, if they are perpendicular to the ground, then you don't spend more force. I think bands are perhaps the most single useful tool in bodyweight strength training because they're cheap and they're easy to bring along.
