How to Save Time on Upgrades
You'll be tempted to save time on releases by trying to do more than one upgrade at a time. Make sure you've got your upgrade plan documented. Do that sub prod instance first and test, test, test with all the people around the organization who will be using it. Even if they've never logged into a dev or a UAT instance before, make sure they get on there.
