Full body workouts are the most efficient way to achieve a muscular but lean physique. The metabolic cost or demand of a full body workout is way higher than a body parts plate. For women, we do full body one because I've met very, very few women that are just down to do like a full upper body day. And men oftentimes don't want to do a full leg day. It actually does really matter to like what you're doing to a degree or at least not hate it.
