The Drama Triad

Coaches often want to be better coaches, but are sometimes a liability for their organizations. In the coaching havit book, we call it the the drama triangle. And i think of it as the difference between being helpful and being undoing. If you've ever felt that you're overwhelmed by the amount of work you're trying to do, or your team has become overly dependent on who you are,  you can possibly trace that back to your desire but ineffective way of being helpful.
