The Relationship Between Movement and Blood Sugar

After a meal, use your muscles for 10 minutes. The glucose from the meal as it arrives in your bloodstream is going to be soaked up by your muscles and used for energy. So you're going to reduce the glucose spike of that meal without needing to change what's in the meal at all. Your calf actually has a muscle called the solitis muscle which is specifically excellent at soaking up glucose from the bloodstream.
