Are You Getting Better With Practice?

You could just look at your day as a whole. What kind of new strategies did I try using today? Do I have any moments today of strategizing? At what point in my day did I have the most traction? And then looking at it, can I see areas that are getting easier with practice where I'm making progress? That's the momentum. It seems to me that when people are really thriving, this kind of stuff is always going on. They're always doing little ways of tweaking, little ways of improving. You start to see, you know, actually, every day, I am making a lot of the progress.
