If you're an outside person coming in, whether that be a consultant or an agency, you're really bottomed by how these other departments or other partners or agencies can do their part. And so what we try and do is just drop back to do what we would do if we were on the client's team directly in terms of their success. If that means speaking truth to power and trying to train up to the client, help them understand, you know, their business from a different perspective, we'll do that. Either way, if we can't, if that's not the problem, if they've already made it clear [that] they're not adopting a new strategy, then
