How we start a practice can be very important and can kind of set us up for how the whole practice period is going to go. So finding that posture that I have no doubt you've all been working on for the week, settling into that posture and first letting yourself really find the body. Sometimes that might mean starting with the feet, the bottom, hands, very much landing in the density, the gravity, the weight of this body. Really feeling pressure points, contact points, the external world meeting with our flesh. And from this place, a place of stability, a bit of a foundation.
