Exercise is also one of those good things that reliably increases dopamine, but doesn't do it in a way that you're like, Oh, I exercise today. You can get caffeine crashes, maybe, right? Caffeine will absolutely or like let's say, the ergo rower machine. And for me like that, that will improve my mood, my mental clarity for like 48 hours after one session.
