How RIM's Feedback Model Simplified Their Response Time
Companies fail when they're on a feedback model only and their response time is so slow that they can't react. Like RIM, for example, it takes them three years to adapt to touchscreen experience. If they could have done that in a month or six months, then they could still do it. That should be another goal or something to think about within like planning okay ours.
