How to Train Sprint Workouts
The quality way to do sprint work is to say I'll sprint for 20 to 60 meters right that's a it's a valid distance to sort of consider and you take again one minute per 10 meters run. That's how you make sure you recover and ready for your next effort, not talk about jog around the track.
