How to Feed the World With Proper Protein

A lot of the processed soy in these fake meats is a processed food product. I don't really understand why we think it's okay to eat processed meat, but not real meat. More than four servings of soy per day will increase problems with fertility. You can get protein personally from both plants and animals if you're going to tolerate them.
