The novice effect is an excellent entry point into the correct pro you know. It's quite useful to take a person who has overly complicated their programming and simplify it back to the novice level, so that we can generate good data about where we actually are in terms of how much weight we're capable of lifting to day. If you only revisit an increase in weight once a month during doing mavees undulating periodization programme when you could have done five more pounds every workout for three weeks, are wasting time. You are wasting time on the altar of complexity because simplicity works just fine. Not it's not even for layoffs. Don't be complicated. And this is why it's terribly important
