Tabata is like hard sprints and things, right? Interval training. I think it works well when you're younger, but the problem with it is that you could potentially cause problems with your joints. At its very intense, you can be pounding and hitting your knees really hard. You could also possibly pull some muscles. So ai is a great workout system, but i think if you're looking for just a long term you can be more gradualif you're not hurry to get in great shape. Just doing things a little more slowly, iisa safer for your joints and to avoid injuries.
