"It's not your right to chalenge your obligation, because we got lives at stake," she says. "I mean, i took that phrase into corpoe america, and that's what i did." She also teaches people how to ask questions in a respectful way so they don't seem like they're taking authority from the other person. And if someone is lost or doesn't realize it, then you need to be more directive about getting them back on track.
