The Difference Between Strides and Speed Workouts

Think of strides like you would bounding or skipping. They're not hard enough to really fatigue you, and in fact, before a work out or race, they're on to help improve your performance. The stride the straits and jog the turns is a classic workout but it's more active than usual because we're doing recovery instead of full recovery. So overall, i think it's a wonderful arobic workout, but it's also a wonderful way to work on your foot speed.
