Progressive Overload for Hyperotrophic Adaptation?
Progressive overflow is essentially that tenning a analogy. A lot of people just take progressive overload as, oh, you need to do heavier weights over time. But it's not necessarily more weighta ideally it's more weight. You can add all the volume you want but if your bench isn't going up, your fife repetition max doesn't really matter,. If probably that volume isn't really working, either your over training or still under training. So i would say that is very good indigator or of if your otter stuff is working.
