The Power of Loving Kindness
The Buddha taught a particular meditation for fear. Loving kindness was originally taught for fear. These days we kind of refer to it as a practice that cultivates love for ourselves cultivating friendliness, cultivate benevolence. But ultimately what we're doing is we're cultivating this special quality of love that isn't conditioned.
