Let Go of Attachment to Ego
When you practice non-attachment you will form deeper relationships, perform better and feel a little bit more satisfied in your life. Let go of trying to be some kind of ideal person and really allowing yourself to be on your own journey remembering that you are already whole as you are. For this week's daily practice I want you to pick an area of your life where attachment ego may be contributing to your dissatisfaction it could be attachment to something related to your body or work or a relationship. Notice what it feels like in your body when you are attached when you're grassy clingy holding on really really tightly and notice if there are times or if there have been times when you have let go
