There are good fats and bad fats. Sometimes what appears to be a more calorie dense option can actually be good because you might carry you longer without hanger pangs. Despite those extra calories, they might make you less hungry. It's too simplistic to think it doesn't matter what the fat is. But we do know that if you have fats and fiber, they do tend to fill you up better than selling refined carbs. And with that, most are losing some weight, despite having no limits on calories, not thinking about it.
