Aristotle's Plays

Aristotle's method is usually like looking at a lot of examples of a thing or and then sort of like trying to derive a very universal description of it. This can result in things that are like his book Poetics, which is of key sort of importance here. So this is how Aristotle talks about plays. And from this, he derives a whole series of descriptors that show up in a chart. The language is more important in tragedy in all drama because you can still read a play and get a sense for what the story is, right? Like that's a thing that kind of comes out of Aristotle.
