How to Reduce Bias in Interviews

How does one try to reduce bias or kind of maybe increase inclusivity within those type of questions? Is it by basing it in the mission or the program goals or is there some other way that when you are creating these questions you're like this is how we're going to get rid of bias as much as possible.
