How to Plan a Race Strategy?
I think those things that you're mentioning about being able to look back and try to discern was a nutrition, was it my recovery leading into this? Those are really hard things to learn about yourself as an athlete that take a lot of time and practice in really isolating what's going on. You don't have to wait until race day to critically look at how did you set yourself up to do all this. And I think, yeah, like just be loose with your plan. It just because the first part of your plan doesn't work doesn't mean your whole race is trash.
