You Don't Want to Change Your Programme

You can't expect in every session to enjoy it. You're every siden to do, i what you feel like doing that day. The only distinguishing factor between both of those is usually once you finish the session, and if you're still finishing the session. And b, i'm so glad i did that and got through it. That's good. What's not good is when you finishe the sessions, andi hate it every second, and that i'm dreading to morrow, and i really don't want to do this. That's when you know it's time for a change.
