Flexibility

I've never practised or focused on flexibility since i first started callous thnex in two thousand nine. It took me maybe just over one half years to get a somewhat respectable backbridge. But the moral of the story is, as you said, there's a huge time commitment and a sacrifice of your energy required to achieve something. I always give the same answer hat you do as well. Think it's a very poor idea to get more flexible just because of the idea of getting more flexible, that i think doesn't work.
