How to Train for Bodybuilding

There's no programming in bodybuilding yeah well that's what there was. I think the strength athletes miss though is yes they have the certain sections of their program of the training day say that the first two movements three moving whatever those are dedicated to making that lift stronger. If you if you take it off the joints you learn how to train this like a bodybuilder and you leave your ego at the dooryou lose. You use 15 fucking pounds for your side raises or 20 pounds which you actually do them right instead of muscle  fucking up 80s then there's less joint wear and tear.
