You need to look for foods with different flavor profiles and incorporate them into your plan. Most athletes are just going to be sweet. I have a sweet drink, I have asweet type of calorie source and I've got a sweet backup to that calories source. So it's sweet, sweet, sweet. Maybe, you know, the poke fun of me earlier, I change from lemon lime to orange, right? It's still a, still sweet type of flavor. Yeah. That becomes, that actually becomes material.
