Using Overcoming Isymetrics for Mobility Training

Using overcoming isometric has been shown to relax the antagonists muscles. This doesn't build muscle in the same sense, because you're not creating muscle damage. It's so different from performing even a one rep max. By practising this, ou're actually teaching yourself to recruit the motor units. In any regular lift, you've got the size of your muscle and how much of your muscle yu're able to utilize in a given movement. And this is essentially brain training and nervous system training.
