A lot of people within this sphere go into running boxing jiu-jitsu and they're finding it difficult to move well within those sports. How does a lifter potentially unwind all of the stiffness that they've built up throughout their specific sport so that they can get better at movement martial arts etc dude? i mean i think that's just time because  and i remember i had this conversation with Stuart McGill when my back was messed up he said you have to be careful what you wish for like your ability to move barbell from point a to point b is directly correlated to your ability to maintain core tight stiff.
