When you're mentally ill, how do you pick a good therapist? Because your mind's gone. It would be nice if somebody said a few pointers of what the point of therapy is. I think quite a lot of people go into therapy because they've had experience of therapy and they take that monologuing through from their position as a client to their position as therapists. And so CBT was really interesting and mindfulness together is because in a way, you've got somebody holding your hand and saying, this is how your mind works.
