When you understand that fat and protein are proper fuels for your body, you will be more satisfied and less white-knuckled. Hilary shares how she learned about low-carb, high-fat eating. (22:40) She also had a child with severe eczema that wouldn’t heal. She tried giving him raw dairy and his condition cleared up within months. They discuss veganism and how it affected people they know who tried it and how their health deteriorated.
