Customer Experience Matters a Ton

In Pila case, like very, very quick response times to customer service matters a ton. In Lomi, most of our customer service that comes in, even if we respond right away, what we found was that most of these people aren't sitting there waiting for a response. So it's just like their response was much slower. This is a great in road to something that I think is really important, which is you would make the investment in the product because the sort of the ROI on that investment would be the word of mouth.
