How to Forcibly Exhale
Take a deep breath in, hold it, exhale. Breathe naturally for a moment. Notice if there's been any subtle changes just with that breathing alone. Forcing our exhales out and only focusing on that the inhales come naturally. We're going to go 30 seconds, 3 rounds and let's begin. You should be feeling a little buzz, a little tingling, maybe a little more heat now.
