I'm shocked, even as an American, at how fluid and confident Americans are in selling. I think that one of the things that I always spend a lot of time doing when I work with companies out of Central New York is actually giving them the confidence that they actually have something to sell. You can be probably a little bit softer in your approach when you're selling in Central Eastern Europe versus, let's say, in the US or even the UK. How important do you think it is to get that local sales talent to the markets that you're addressing if they are not so far away?
