So if you're a high intensity atlit, you will delot the intensity. And if your high volume at it,you will delode the volume, not the intensity. Em i would drop there, let's say, volume by he thougt talking about, you can drop the intensity, but by about ten %. That's enough for you to still train the pattern and allow a recovery to occur optimalely. So, so i even drop the volume by 50, 60%. Usually you can even not perform the accessos if you wantat that stage.
