How to Train for a Dynamic Speed Day

The key with the repetitions of five if you can do the fifth rep as fast as second you might as well do five reps because you don't have greater muscle tension. As your maximums go up the band the percentages is going to go down when you use this extra amount of band tension. Always pay attention on space structures that's going to take care of your sticking points but if you don't place dumbbells around the gym where dumbbells hook the bands around dumbbells one to front one to back on each side then that way that will hold the bands down okay.
