How to Protect Time for Running

I try not as someone who lived with a routine for the vast majority of my life, a very strict routine in terms of running. I found myself getting away from being so strict on my routine except for a very handful of things. For me and I alluded to most of these earlier, it's 20 to 30 minutes of mindfulness meditation. It is some kind of physical training, either strength training during the week or on the weekends if I have a little bit more time we go hiking. And then really trying to be good about completely shutting all devices down at 630 and then 630 on is just family time.
