i'm really curious about how to open these spaces in our work environments that are so highly structured around getting things done and moving as quickly as possible. And the image that came to my mind was a space that i think could especially benefit from approaching human relationships in this way, which is health care. That's probably why most people feel their doctor doesn't have a relationship with them, doesn't understand them.
