I see entrepreneurs do this with their business metrics sometimes. If you're constantly checking your posts to see how many likes and shares are, I recommend that you shift your focus away from it. Don't let it be a main character in your story. Make it something that you don't think about and focus on as much as your brain might think you need to because in most cases, all that's doing is making us miserable.
