Do You Have a Loving Kindness Meditation?
You can do this for each individual person, and it should be primarily people that you already have anger, hatred and ill will for. But one of the things you can also do is put people in there that you currently have a loving kindness for. So you might start with may i, and then say, your children, or your family, your close family that you have loving Kindness for. And then maybe there's kind of like types of people or groups of people that you 're kind of neutral about, and you might include them as like a third or a fourth ring. Maybe you put those on, kind of like an outer ring too. As you build up your loving kindness
