I have been hugely inspired by his his entire journey. As you say, he's got an incredible mindset. I'd love to have him on it some stage and kind of unpacked that. The idea of only eating natural foods or foods that have no ingredient list is great. But at the same time, being afraid of processed food can be also pretty detrimental for someone's health.
