Is There Anything You Can Do to Assess for Workouts?
If i go into a workout andi, for example, can't lift the same weight i did the last time, or i'm really struggling, i call it a day. I just literally be like, look, to day's a day off. That's ok. Becau then it's just a poor quality workout. And i feel for me, like when i had poor polly workouts, and more likely to get injured. Ah, other things i would do to assess for work out is i would look at my resting heart rate on a daily basis,. So i'd take like, no, four days of pure recovery, right? Get my resting base line for my heart rate
