How to Track Recovery

Most of my time off the bike is spent, you know, really diligently looking after those things. Nutrition, hydration, mobility, it's taking naps, making sure I get good sleep at night. All of those things have to be managed and it's not super complicated but actually forcing yourself to do it every day can be a bit difficult. Do you use any products? I do. So I, my overarching big one is whoop. I use whoop to track recovery. It also can be a good indicator in training of when you can go harder and maybe when you need to take a day off.
