Welcome Katie Dalebout to the Workwomb Podcast!

Katie is a writer, podcast producer and host, and the voice behind Let It Out, which has been running weekly since 2013 (yes, over 12 years!). She also co-hosts Spiraling, a podcast about anxiety, and her book Let It Out is a field guide for writing for emotional well-being.
