The Great Enabler

i would say there were several reasons. as i decided in stepping down from american express of, what would i do next? One, what was very clear to me from all my experiences is that technology was the great enabler, but i thought we needed to have a force that was acting in a more responsible way. I also, frankly, thought that technology was not diverse enough. But what was really attractive to me was that my partners believe very strongly in this notion of responsible innovation and they were willing to do what it takes to embrace it.
