Ownership, Rule, and Control

Ownership, rule, and control can exist separately. For instance, one can have rule without control, like in a government or business scenario. Ownership without control is also possible, as seen in owning a horse or even our own bodies, where we lack full control over aspects like aging or health. All three aspects - ownership, rule, and control - are unified in Allah's description of Himself as al-Malik, the ultimate king, a combination that no one else can possess entirely.
