The Future of Voting

In order to get a majority of a $3 billion funding pool, you would need 85%. Additionally, you would need 66 and 2/3% of each series within the pool. This raises the bar for holdouts, making it more difficult for them to block the vote. A big innovation in 2014 and 2015 was the single limb aggregated CAC, which eliminated the need for series by series voting. Instead, only a popular vote is required.
